装机条件：
the Installed Conditions
    主机一台套，输入电源380V,输电能力不低于15千瓦，工房80m2，混凝土场地150-200m2（设备基础见图，设备不需地角螺栓固定。）
One set/unit of main engine, 380V’s input power, and the transmission capacity is not less than 15KW. The workshop area is 80㎡ and the area of concrete ground is 150-200㎡。(You can refer to drawings for the equipment foundation, and the equipment does not need foundation bolt)

1. 任何一台主机只换模具、压头便能生产D20-D140cm的各种U型、1/2U型渠道构件、梯形构件等。
Any main engine can produce all kinds of U shape and 1/2U shape channel components and trapezoidal members with Dia. from 20 to 140mm
    2.矩形、多边砌块、建筑用空芯砌块及免烧砖等。
The equipment can produce rectangle, variable and baking-free bricks and hollow bricks for buildings.
    3.模具装置于主机上，所产构件当即脱模、立式养护。
The mold is fixed in the main engine. And it can be removed as soon as it finishes components so it is easy to be maintained.
施工要领：
Essentials to Construction
1. 依据设计要求，每30米设一龙门桩，以所砌渠板外形为准，渠槽形同所砌U型板，精修渠床（切勿挖大）。
According to designing requirements, put up a gantry pile every 30m as the dimension of channel plate. The shape of channel is the same and U-shape plate. The channel should be trimmed exactly(not too big)
    2.建议：砌衬板时底铺设75#水泥砂浆3-4cm厚宽度不小于20cm，纵横接缝宽度2.0-2.5cm。
Advice:
When build lining plate, its bottom is laid by 75#cement mortar with thickness of 3-4cm, width of more than 20cm and width of longitudinal and transverse joints are 2.0-2.5cm. 
    3.构缝前用水将接缝外冲洗，涂水泥浆一层，1：2.5水泥砂浆构缝（推荐掺加水泥含量12%的膨胀水泥）。
Before filling the joints, please wash them and coat with cement paste. Then fill the joints with cement mortar of 1:2.5.( Suggestions: using expansive cement with cement percentage of 12)
    4.渠边护土，要求粒状不大于20mm，密实、均匀、平整。
Fill earth ( Dia. Less than 200mm)  beside the channel equably, smoothly and tightly.
